Peter founded Lighthouse following a successful career as journalist, government media advisor and corporate affairs leader for multinational consultancies and organisations, including Telstra.
Peter has led M&As and IPOs, created high profile internal and external communications strategies, secured policy and regulatory change, and launched high profile products and brands.
Since founding Lighthouse, Peter has advised many prominent Australian brands including Telstra, oOh!media, Blackmores, Beaumont Tiles, CSR, KFC and Redkite.
Jane is charged with developing and implementing strategy, content creation and channel distribution for a number of our clients, in addition to driving integrated digital and traditional communications across our client base.
She has a strong track record of driving powerful integrated strategies that quickly and creatively deliver measurable commercial results.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Jane held in-house and agency roles spanning digital advertising, marketing, public relations, internal communications, copywriting, graphic design and events.
She has worked across sectors including building construction, mining, data, education, interior design, food & beverage, health & wellness and beauty.

Shelley’s experience spans across all forms of design – brand, print, web, presentation and experiential. Emily draws on her vast experience in traditional marketing roles to help drive social and digital strategies, develop audiences, set content strategies and ensure brand engagement continues to build.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, she had extensive experience in Australia and overseas across a wide range of projects in social media, advertising, marketing, public relations, writing and brand development.
Emily has worked at agencies in Australia and abroad, and on the client-side, managed advertising and marketing campaigns.
Warwick brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate affairs, media, business communications, crisis management, government relations, stakeholder engagement and marketing.
During his career, he has worked across a number of fields including media, government, payments, telecommunications, financial services, energy and natural resources.
Warwick is an influential and experienced advocate who has a track record of generating support and engagement with media, government, regulators, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders to execute strategic communications, change and influencing plans to meet core business objectives.
