Peter is the lead strategist for Lighthouse, supporting the company’s clients with strategic communications counsel, senior media relations advice, and stakeholder and issues management advisory.
Peter founded Lighthouse following a successful career as journalist, government media advisor and corporate affairs leader for multinational consultancies and organisations, including Telstra.
Peter has led M&As and IPOs, created high profile internal and external communications strategies, secured policy and regulatory change, and launched high profile products and brands.
Since founding Lighthouse, Peter has advised many prominent Australian brands including Telstra, oOh!media, Blackmores, Beaumont Tiles, CSR, KFC and Redkite.
Julian is a corporate affairs specialist who provides strategic counsel to Lighthouse’s corporate clients. He also provides issues and crisis support across our client base.
Julian is skilled at developing close ties with external and internal stakeholders, balancing short and long-term priorities, and enhancing and defending corporate reputations in highly complex situations.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, he worked at Acciona where he enhanced the company’s reputation in the renewable energy market and managed complex stakeholder issues.
He also previously worked for global aerospace company Thales, helping manage the company’s reputation across defence and commercial markets.
Jane is charged with developing and implementing strategy, content creation and channel distribution for a number of our clients, in addition to driving integrated digital and traditional communications across our client base.
She has a strong track record of driving powerful integrated strategies that quickly and creatively deliver measurable commercial results.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, Jane held in-house and agency roles spanning digital advertising, marketing, public relations, internal communications, copywriting, graphic design and events.
She has worked across sectors including building construction, mining, data, education, interior design, food & beverage, health & wellness and beauty.
Ali is the lead media relations specialist for Lighthouse, and is responsible for the development of content and securing quality coverage for client partners.
She has worked extensively in TV and print media, marketing, PR and advertising in Australia and overseas.
Ali was previously a news journalist for two widely read metro newspapers – the Gold Coast Bulletin and the Manly Daily. Beyond this, her writing has also appeared in major metro mastheads such as The Daily Telegraph in Sydney and The Courier Mail, in addition to the Huffington Post.
Ali has a Masters in Journalism from the University of Technology in Sydney and a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Communications from the University of New South Wales.
Manisha has extensive experience in developing integrated marketing communications strategies and leading brand management campaigns with a background in public relations and communications.
Having worked on both agency and client-side, her experience spans across– public relations, external communications, stakeholder management, marketing, events, CSR, and brand management.
Her portfolio includes technology, financial services, food & beverage, hospitality, travel, consumer durables, retail and FMCG – giving her a well-rounded skillset that she puts into use.
Manisha prides herself on delivery effective and economic campaigns for her clients.
Suzanne is an Account Executive for Lighthouse working on a variety of projects and clients.
Suzanne has recently graduated from the University of Sydney where she studied a Master’s in Public Relations.
While studying, Suzanne interned at a communications agency for luxury and premium brands and at a marketing consulting agency for clients in the not-for-profit and hospitality sector.
Suzanne is passionate about all things PR, particularly media relations, community management, content development, and events.
Rebekah is an Account Executive for Lighthouse and works across a range of projects and clients.
Graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Communication in Media Production, Rebekah’s work experience is enriched with content creation, videography and social media.
She has previously worked with The Social Seat in creating video content and formulating company-wide social media strategies.

Creative specialist for Lighthouse Shelley’s expertise lies in helping clients nail their creative messages and deliver on brand ambitions.
Shelley’s experience spans across all forms of design – brand, print, web, presentation and experiential. She has provided creative solutions for international governments, financial and business communications, not for profits, events and small businesses in traditional print, spatial design and digital media.

Emily draws on her vast experience in traditional marketing roles to help drive social and digital strategies, develop audiences, set content strategies and ensure brand engagement continues to build.
Prior to joining Lighthouse, she had extensive experience in Australia and overseas across a wide range of projects in social media, advertising, marketing, public relations, writing and brand development.
