B2B media positioning

Soprano Design is an award-winning global designer and provider of secure mobile messaging. It operates across 10 countries and has forged distribution partnerships with mobile network operators around the globe including Telstra in Australia and AT&T in the US.

Founded in Sydney 20 years ago, Soprano has embarked on an aggressive offshore growth path across the US and Europe.

Our goal is to position Soprano as a strong, global player and gain media and influencer attention in a complex, niche market.

What we did

We work closely with Soprano (in Australia and the US) to create content platforms across topics such as: global hacking, security trends and future industry thinking.

We translate ‘tech’ speak to ‘business’ speak and deploy tailored content ranging from blogs, editorials and op-ed features in line with Soprano’s key growth markets and sectors such as health and logistics.

Our media campaigns showcase Soprano’s superior technical nous, its award-winning products, its culture of innovation and its industry sector expertise.

To help Soprano keep connected with its own employees (scattered around the world) and potential customers, Lighthouse developed a corporate video to bring alive the concept of secure messaging and why, due to hacking and other challenges, businesses of all sizes using mobile communications need to consider secure messaging.

Soprano Design has gained all important exposure in business, IT and vertical industry media in Australia and in target countries where it operates. For example, we created a comprehensive media campaign to profile Soprano’s technology rollout across the UK’s NHS – one of the world’s largest publicly funded health providers.

Widespread coverage was gained in international industry media (Asia Pacific Security Magazine), IT (Computerworld, Chief IT, Communications Day) national business (The Australian and SKY Business News) and health media (Health Care Industry Today).

Using our media contacts, Soprano’s CEO has been interviewed on national TV news programs talking about his business and trends in the industry.
